Most awesome realtor ever. Walked me through every single step along the way. Got me great financing and a 3-week close and immediate possession. Was very patient with me for a long time and showed me many houses and worked with my specific and certain criteria to meet my needs. No one will work harder for you. Issues, there are always issues, are brought under control/rectified by professionals. My project, as an example, had to address an old mortgage closure that had not maintained the chain of custody, interference from a bankruptcy, and an open insurance claim lien 2 days before closing. Regular groups may have failed on any one of these issues, but Carrie's team turned them into a high 6 figure closing all the while meeting severely compromised timing.
